Nutrition Experts is a programme of Therapy On The Go (Pty) Ltd (reg. 2022/668078/07, VAT 4750278634, Central Supplier Database MAAA0006896). All quotes, invoices and agreements are issued by Therapy On The Go, and its POPIA Information Officer is registered with the Information Regulator (2026-065117).

Health information is special personal information. It is stored in a restricted clinical store hosted in South Africa, accessed only by the person and authorised clinicians, with every staff access logged. Employers see aggregates for groups of ten or more only. Marketing systems never receive health data.

Food is prepared by kitchens holding a valid Certificate of Acceptability (R638), transported cold with temperature logs, and served with allergen controls and labelling. [Certificate of Acceptability numbers - OPEN ITEM OI-LEGAL-01]

Halaal meals come from certified partner kitchens and are served from a separate, labelled station with separate utensils. [Certifying body and certificate numbers - OPEN ITEM OI-LEGAL-02]

Partner kitchens and suppliers upload compliance documents with expiry dates; suppliers are suspended automatically when a document expires. Procurement follows three-quote and separation-of-duties rules.

Clients can download a compliance pack (certificates, liability cover, B-BBEE, CSD and SBD documents) from the employer portal.
